All our rooms are equipped with 160cm or 180cm beds, some of which are splittable, flat screen TV, satellite, free Wi-Fi Internet access, desk, direct dial telephone, safe, concierge service, bath and/or shower, air conditioning, heating – Average room size: 30m2.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Hairdryer, magnifying mirror, welcome products (Vanity Set ...) are in the wooden box in your bathroom under the sink

Any damage found in the room will be charged at the price of the refurbishment.

Pets:
Small dogs are welcome: €19 per day per pet. They must be held on a leash at all times, and their owner will be deemed liable in the event that they should cause any damage, which would be charged to said owner.

A buffet breakfast is served from 7am to 10am in the dining room on the first floor and on our patio during fine weather: €23 per person per day (free for children under 7). To ensure you a pleasant stay, please inform us about any allergies you may have. Room service available - reservation is highly recommended at the front desk - additional fee : €5/person.

Express Breakfast - eat in or take away :
It consists on one croissant, one fruit juice frome Maison Milliat and one hot beverage (coffee or tea): €12 per person. Eat in or take away - reservation is highly recommended at the front desk.

Massages:
You can book a massage in your room, depending on the availibility of our partners.

Loan laptop upon request - reservation is highly recommended.
Work rooms available on reservation. The different spaces may also be hired privately for business functions. For small working group work residential seminars, management committees, focus workshops etc. You can see our different offers

Transfers :

If you need a transfer from your point of arrival (train station, bus station, airport, heliport, harbour) to the hotel, we shall be pleased to assist you. We also provide bespoke services including private chauffeur, helicopter or limousine from several national airports and train stations. Please ask us about the rates.

By Plane :
Lyon Saint-Exupéry international airport is linked to the entire Rhône-Alpes Region thanks to a comprehensive network of travel means like shuttle bus, taxi, train and chauffeur-driven car (www.lyonaeroports.com and www. rhonealpes.fr)

Parking :

Hotel de la Villeon does not have a parking. We recommend the underground car park of "Les Graviers", located near the Hotel. You can also find parking spaces on the Quai Farconnet* as well as in the streets* around the Hotel.*Free parking in the blue zone with mandatory parking disc.

BAR « LE GABRIEL »

Our bar was designed as a modern haven steeped in the patina of yesteryear, featuring bold contemporary décor inside a vault carved into the rock face. Deliberately intimate, the bar was named “Le Gabriel” as a tribute to author Gabriel Faure who was born in the Hôtel de la Villeon in 1877. It presents wines that mostly come from the Burgundy-Rhone Valley area, and a cocktail menu ranging from traditional standards to the most timeless creations. Possible to privatize the venue on request (we remind that the abuse of alcohol can be dangerous for health). We do offer 24h room service. To call the front desk, please dial “100”.

SNACKING MENU :

The idea is simple: a snacking menu composed with assortments of cheeses, hams and pâtés from Maison Salaison Marion (St Martial in Ardèche), tasty soups that you can enjoy warm or cold and a selection of icecreams from Maison Dinger. This is an ideal way to have a break in our gardens or in the "Gabriel", our bar: you just have to make your choice and enjoy a drink – reservation is highly recommended or room service available 24/24h (call the front desk “100”) Rates are indicated without drinks, service is included - our Menu.

Help us preserve our environment

Please hang up your towels in the bathroom if you would like to reuse them.
Towels left in the tub or on the shower floor will be replaced during the daily cleanning service.

If you stay in our hotel for several days, then our teams will renew your bed linen every 3 days. If you wish to help us reduce the environmental impact of this service, please confirm at the reception team your wish not to change your bed linen.
