In the past, Tournon aristocrats used to travel by horse-drawn carriage. The Hotel de la Villeon has preserved the area that was used as stables by its illustrious owners. The space has been turned into a friendly, minimalist cellar devoted to wine sampling, meetings among friends or incentives during professional seminars.

 

 

 

 

The privileged location in the south of Lyon, in Ardeche, of our luxury hotel and its charming, elegant and cosy settings makes it an ideal place for organizing seminars and receptions. The space may also be hired privately for business functions (residential seminars, management committees, focus workshops etc.) and bespoke events. The following equipment is provided: video projector, microphone, screen, WiFi; seats up between 17 and 18 people.

Le cadre de travail pour notre conférence en plénière était tout à fait cosy et agréable. Par la suite, dans les jardins suspendus, nos convives ont savouré un cocktail dinatoire composé de produits locaux, frais et savoureux. Face à nous, la vue … nous nous sommes laissés porter par un panorama magnifique sur les vignes à l’heure du coucher de soleil. This hotel is a lovely place, located in the heart of Tournon, a confidential address where it is truly comfortable to work thanks to its calm and natural environment while being only 5mns walk from the urban activity. We were around 15 persons and our working session was very productive as we were hosted with very much caring and professionalism.     « We did select Hotel de la Villeon to gather together our marketing teams before the 2015 summer season : the choice was easy as the property is settled in the city center of Tournon while being in the heart of a natural environment and close to all major accesses between the departments of Drôme and Ardèche. The staff who welcomed us was very careful and nice to us – the gardens of the mansion were a magnificent nest as we could share great moments in the parc in between each workshop. The decor and the meeting rooms did correspond to our expectations, we felt extremely comfortable in this building which just went through major renovations with much talent. We keep a very good memory of our stay at Hotel de la Villeon ! »

    « We did organise our workshop at Hotel de la Villeon from June 9 to the 10th, 2015 – the property had opened only a few weeks before so we were quite proud to be among the first corporate clients to be able to use the whole building as we did privatise the entire hotel. We were welcomed warmly and the staff was constantly attentionate – service is very professional. The rooms where we did organise our ateliers were very well adapted to our needs, fully equiped and for sure comfortable and confidential. Last but not the least, we were amazed by the beauty of the property, a historical building which was elegantly renovated – the gardens are spectacular and allowed bucolic moments in between each meeting we had. No doubt, it was a complete success ! »
